Wine Review:This is a crisp, refreshing, and light Prosecco Rosé that for around $20 offers good value for your money. Peach, apple, citrus, red fruit, and a slightly sweet finish will complement many dishes from veggie, pasta, white and red meats, and our beloved cheeses. Try it with cured meat, roasted vegetables, chicken sandwich, fish and chips, or Parmigiano cheese and it’ll be a delight.( Review From HandywineGuide.com)

Wine Folly: Pg.155 Prosecco was nice. I was able to taste the pear, not the honey dew. It also gave off more of a strawberry fruity smell. I also did not know that it was supposed to be ice cold (28-45 degrees Fahrenheit)  like Wine Folly stated. I thought it could be room temperature since that’s how it was shelved. I also could test the white peach that was in the wine but was unaware of the lager in it Pg.251.

My review: I personally enjoyed the wine. It at first did not taste as good but I placed a single ice cube in and was able to then get the full experience. After my sniff and swirl I was able to get an abundance  of sweet fruity aroma  with a light airy tone. Then I sipped and was able to pick out the intense peach and pear flavors. I did notice the wine lingers for a while after sipping and the after taste becomes bitter after a while similar to a lemons taste but fortunately I love lemons. I tasted this after eating chinese food and cleansed my pallet  but it did seem like it would have paired with some Asian dishes. I would drink again but definitely chilled next time!

  1. For many years, beer and wine have been integral parts of festivities; in fact, some people even think of them as traditions. The ambiance of the party is enhanced when traditional alcoholic beverages, such as great wines and beers, are served in thoughtful glassware, as everyone knows that these beverages taste much better and more fulfilling when served in the appropriate glass. This kind of thoughtfulness can go a long way if the events are limited to close friends and family or members of the elite (Mild Spirit Thailand).
