Wine Review : Good body, spicy yet fruit forward with a hint of acidity.Wild raspberry, cherry, and blackberry nose. Body is a rusty clay red and light in color. Spicy body with cherry, peppercorn, smoke, blackberry, and cedar. Maybe over decanted, but this was super fruity! And jammy. Red fruit, black currant, jam, and raisins. Not my favorite.
Wine Folly: When looking at the textbook I was able to find out more about this popular grape. It stated on page 88 that there was a moderate alcohol content with a very full body. It was also not made to be very sweet and they may play a part in some of the first time wine tasters dislike. It was then stated ( Page 88) that there are tastes of black cherries and cedar. It should also be decanted for a minimum of 60 mins and you want it to be paired with some grilled meats and many dishes with high flavor.
My review: I did my wine and was able to try this wine for the very first time. I did my sniff test. I was definitely able to smell the aroma of cherries which made me concerned at first because I do not like cherries at all. It also had an intense smell of alcohol which was very off putting for me and my mother but the overall scent did seem to be pleasant. Once I tasted it I was able to taste a smooth finish but it had no real taste when sipping on it. My mom felt neutral about it and its taste. I can also say that this is properly my favorite dry wine. I typically like sweet wines only but thus was quite nice 8/10 overall.
Individuals who consume wine in solitude typically refrain from opening multiple bottles, as this practice is generally associated with larger social gatherings. In contrast, during extended events, attendees have the opportunity to taste a diverse selection of wines throughout several hours. This aspect contributes to the allure of a wine party. To facilitate a delightful celebration, hosts should consider the following factors related to wine glasses (Mild Spirit Thailand).
