Wine Review :  Fruity aromas and flavors of peach sherbet, applesauce, golden raisin soda bread and pressed flowers with a supple, vibrant, effervescent, fruity sweet light-to-medium body and a smooth, delightful, medium-to-long finish with overtones of candied apricot, honeyed kiwi and orange relish. ( company site)

Wine Folly: according to the wine folly book it stated that the moscato has one of the lowest alcohol levels and pairs well with seafood ( page 139). This was very exciting for me because I eat a lot of seafood and I could never find a wine I liked that would pair well with it. Wine folly also stated that there were hints of honeysuckle and rose petals. I really felt this gives the wine the romantic feel people are looking for on special occasions.

My review: When I smelt the wine it gave off very sweet smells but also fruit like. I was able to smell some peaches which were very vibrant. I then took a sip and couldn't not put a label on the flavors. It felt like a lot of flavors but they all balanced enough so there was no overpowering flavors. It was also a nice clean classy color of the wine which seemed to be able to sit well for a special occasion. I may have a grad dinner and will use this sparkling wine. I also read on the sites that it pairs well with lobster and seafood dishes which will be great with me since It is the only form of meat I eat.

  1. Beer and wine have long been essential components of celebrations; some people even consider them to be traditions. Because everyone is aware that traditional alcoholic beverages like fine wines and beers taste much better and more satisfying when served in the correct glass, the mood of the party is improved when they are presented in thoughtful glassware. If only elite or close friends and family are invited to the gatherings, this kind of consideration can go a long way (Mild Spirit Thailand).
